Overview

Located in the isolated Charakusa Valley in Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan, K7 Peak is a challenging mountaineering destination. It is well known for its impressive granite walls and extremely difficult routes. The Charakusa Valley is located in the Karakoram sub-range of the Masherbrum Mountains. In order to set up base camp, the trip usually starts with a drive from Skardu to the Hushe Valley and then a trek into the Charakusa Valley.
